And with a TWIN Power Turbo engine that can hit 100 km/k in under 7 seconds, it's ready to seize every moment.

The new streamlined silhouette with a crisply defined roofline makes the new MINI Convertible a magnet for admiring glances. It is equipped with unique soft top which takes just 18 seconds to fully close or open even when travelling at speeds of up to 30 km/h. And there's a third option of sliding the roof back 40 cm into sunroof mode. Whatever roof position you choose, you'll always be driving in style. Experience refined performance, go-kart feeling – and maximum fun in the sun in a MINI.

MINI’s creative use of space gives you more luggage space than you probably thought. And the Easy Load function – only available for the MINI Convertible – gets packing down to a fine art. When the top is closed, you have a generous 215 litres, and 160 litres when opened. A 50/50-split folding of the rear seat lets you take longer items like surf boards.

MINI Convertible – multifunction instrument display – digital tacho

MULTIFUNCTIONAL INSTRUMENT DISPLAY.

Our new multifunctional instrument cluster takes the place of the conventional tacho. It consists of a 5.0" colour screen in a sleek Black Panel design and provides details like your revs per minute, speed, fuel level, mileage, temperature and navigation instructions.

NEW FRONT BUMPER.

The MINI Convertible flaunts a bolder, modern bumper design. The air curtains integrated on the left and right significantly enhance the aerodynamics and so play a significant role in improving your MINI’s fuel economy.

MINI Convertible – LED headlights – Union Jack rear lights

LED HEADLIGHTS WITH EXTENDED CONTENTS.

In addition to the LED daytime running light within the main-beam headlight and the powerful and efficient Bi-LED light for low and high-beam settings, the enhanced LED headlights also provide adaptive LED light distribution. The LED rear lights feature a tail light with Union Jack design that uses LED optical fibre technology. Adaptive light distribution ensures better illumination at the sides of the vehicle in city, cross-country and motorway traffic. Automatic headlight-range adjustment is also included, which corrects changes in headlamp inclination due to changes in load status.

MINI Convertible – side scuttles – design

NEW SIDE SCUTTLE DESIGN.

Stylish on the one hand. Practical on the other. These irresistibly eye-catching and contemporary side scuttles lend your MINI further individuality while integrating the LED indicators. They also feature model-specific inserts with the One/Cooper coming in black, Cooper S in high gloss black with the ‘S’ logo – and John Cooper Works boasting matt black mesh design and a subtle red line accent.

PIANO BLACK EXHAUST END PIPES.

The optional exhaust end pipes in distinctive Piano Black visually emphasise the powerful, athletic performance of your MINI. Their sporty appearance also perfectly complements the new design of the rear bumper whose geometry has been widened to give it a wider, more dynamic stance and impressive on-road presence.

SOFT-TOP WITH INTEGRATED SUNROOF FUNCTION.

The electrically-powered soft top is a quiet, intelligent Z-folding mechanism which operates in 3 stages: up, down, or sunroof, to let the breeze in. It opens or closes fully in 18 seconds flat, too – even at speeds of up to 30 km/h.
